Unhappy customer
This is the 2nd time I come to Barcelos observatory and leave an unhappy customer. Firstly, the owner does not care about his customers. Secondly, the hygiene in the restaurant is appalling, the toilets are extremely dirty, there's no soap and toilet paper in the toilets, the bathroom walls has black grease on from the dirt piling up and the bathroom is walls are breaking. The cutlery is alwaaaaaays dirty which is beyond disgusting and the food is not the best as well. If I could get the department of health and safety to inspect the restaurant I'm 100% they'll close down.
