Unhappy customer

This is the second time I receive bad service with this restaurant especially with the owner of the franchise. The service is disgusting as well as the environment a customer eats in. The bathrooms are completely disgusting, there's no toilet paper and hand sanitizer, the toilets has black grease from the dirt pilng up , the seats to sit and eat are dirty, the cutlery is dirty, if I could get the health and safety department to check the place out I would! Absolutely not recommending the restaurant to anyone... Barcelos, observatory, St Peter's square needs a health and safety inspection ASAP
