Uneducated staff?

So I had the absolute pleasure to deal with this ****ty restaurant today. I phoned in my order 18h50 and they said it will be ready in an half an hour,. I did some other shopping and went in for pick up, my order was not ready, as it was month end I waited, and waited and waited followed up on my order another 4 times. Eventually a girl helped me and she found my order on top of the service station. Everything cold and old already. No one likes cold fries.... I waited in total for 2 hours. How is that for fast food.... I would really not recommend this place.
