Total Disregard fopr Customers

The above branch offers the most pathethic service possible. Last week Saturday we tried contacting them to order their current special promotion and spend over an hour with no one answering their landlines. We even contacted the manager and he provided us with an alternative number. We tried again the next day and again no answered to landline and the manager was of no assistance , just passing the buck by stating that they are very busy(Arrogant!). we eventually got through and placed our order and the staff stated to us that our meal will take two and half hours to prepared and delivered. We tried contacting them Monday and on three seperate occasions they advised us there was NO CHICKEN!. Luckily we order our meals on these days from Nandos whos prices were a little higher but the service was a excellent.
