The worst service ever

I ordered full their national promo meal of full chicken, coleslaw and large pap. I added large chips. The chicken wasn’t a full chicken, they delivered the order without the large chips and when they bought the chips they were literally 5 chips. Do they understand what large is? Because I don’t want t to see their small portions. I wanted the chicken to be mild and it was tangy flavor. I’m NEVER ordering from Barcelos. They don’t take their customers seriously.
