Terrible service

Last friday i went out for a meal and by choice of my youngest child we went to Barcelos Durban north. He had been there with the school and the owner was very nicehe said. When i got there a customer was arguing with staff about bad service. We placed an order and was told it would be a few minutes. 25 minutes later my order was still not ready. When i went to check i was told it would be 10 minutes more. 10 mins later only 1 of the 3 meals were ready. After me making a small fuss i got the 2nd meal. My small childs kiddie meal eventuallly came after some more noise and was not a kiddie burger but an adults 1. The food was absulotely horrible. The chicken was notcooked properly and the sauce was terrible. The chips were also under cooked. My youngest only eat the fillet and left thebun which was stale. I asked for the owner and was give n a managers nu ber who wasnt there. I called him and he became defencive and said i should wait for him to come. I didnt want to wait and he said he will call me in 2 mins. Its 1 week later and still no call, explanation or appology. There was another customer in the store also complaining while i was leaving.
