Terrible service

I recently logded a complaint about bad service at Barcelos Dbn north and was contacted thereafter by the person i complainecd about and he offerec to comp my next meal. I was still off using the store and at my small sons request went there again on 20.2.15. I informed the manager there of my previous problem and the arrangement made. He said he knew nothing about it and could not help me . I asked that he contact the other manager to verify it. He called the guy and then stood behind the cashier and said nothing. I then asked the cashier about it. She asked me if i was various different people who were also to receive compt meals but didnt have my name. When i asked the manager again he said that the other manager said he didnt know about it and that i should wait for him to come back. When i asked were he was he just said he wals not in and i must wait until he comes back. I feel that there is no customer service in this store and the store managers could care less about there customers. I will never ever go to Barcelos Durban North again irrispective of what this manager decides to do about this complaint. It is quiet clear to me why this store is so quiet.
