Terrible service

I love Barcelos Flame Grilled Chicken except for the branch in Glen Fair, few times I was served a chicken that was not fresh, I feel they take advantage when ordering takeaways than sit ins. I buy often because it is very close to my work place, but the last straw was when I was overcharged on a meal I ordered for collection, I was not the one who picked up the meal but my colleague so I was surprised when he demanded R62.90 from me instead of R52.90 then I phoned the shop and it was found that the lady chose to up size my meal without asking me, I did not know that there were even such because I never needed it before. The Manager promised to send my change with the driver, took my work address and cellphone number but never came back to me and that was on the 25th of September. I find them very unprofessional and not valuing their customers therefore I will never ever buy anything from Barcelos anymore. My name is Refilwe **********
