Terrible Service

We as a couple went to Barcelos, and ordered and went to get our food firstly the food was not what we ordered, when i asked what are we going to do about this i got ignored nobody even looked at me. I then asked where is the lady that helped us and she was across the road having a convo with her friends!!! I then asked for a manager and a guy walked out saying he was, still he was rude and couldnt or wouldnt help me!! I then asked for a owner and they then got onto the phone calling the manager yes the guy that helped me wasnt even a manager!!! Still then she couldnt even help me. As a matter of fact they could mutter in a language i couldnt understand but couldnt even speak to me! I am not going to leave it here as i myself work in customer service and know that what happened today was pathetic service! I am a paying customer!!! Please tell me how we going to sort this as word of mouth is a big way of getting customers and im telling u im not putting in a good word for you.
