Take Away disgust!!

Good Day I have just purchased a burger and chips combo from Barcelos Verulam. The chips was excellently made and was fresh to eat. The chicken in the bun was disgusting. it was cold, hard as stone. i really spoilt my appetite completely. The bun was cut in half with the chicken on one side of the bun, soaked in sauce whereby I could not even eat it by hand. Clearly there was no care taken in preparation of this meal. Barcelos was always a favourite fast food outlet of mine, but your branch clearly has no idea what customer satisfaction is and more importantly, your staff do not know how to prepare a proper burger meal. Furthermore, the franchise was not busy, with only 2 sit-in customers waiting for their meals, so what is your excuse????????????????????
