Stale rolls and overcooked chicken

After having a great experience at the Barcelos in Monte Casino in the week, I thought I would try it again and the one closest to me in Wierda Park. I had a gallito roll, and it was so stale and hard I could have used it as a doorstop. The chicken was overcooked too, and overall eating it left my jaw sore. Terrible.
