staff that has no manners and rod people who don't look at there receipt

Good day,

Today around about 3 PM i went into barcelos verulam to order food,the cashier said my order was R380 gave the cashier the money when i saw my receipt my order my R330....

when i asked her to give my R50 back she said i gave her the rite money, when i asked her to pull out the camera footage she said no and called her boss up on his cell phone ,her boss said he will look into to it....

so many people by food everyday how many customers this happens to in a day
