Sick chicken, birds flew, bye bye birdie...

Laezonia branch at Engen Garage. Such bad service, never have menu items in stock, so slow, they have jobs but obviously not happy because they are so surly and unpleasant. Not the first time that half your order is not available. We wanted the full pack and were told that we could only have pap and chicken. No garlic bread, no rice, due to load shedding. Absolute BS. If you can cook pap, you can cook rice. Garlic bread takes no electricity to prepare. This is just an excuse for bad management, or no management. And if you decide to take the limited options you can wait 30 mins or more for two chicken rolls. This is why Nandos is successful guys, because two minutes for a full pack with the drive thru option. Please head office, train your staff, keep a proper stock control, give the customer some respect because we will just go to Pedros, or Nandos or anyone else!!!! I am sick of employed people in this country shoving bad service on the people who pay their wages. Won't go back there again.
