Service is Unacceptable

I went to GC branch on Friday, waited to hours for my order did nt receive then cancelled order. went again on Sun, was told order will take 1 hr, only received order 1hr 45mins later. The manager Nelson could not handle the pressure he left the store for abt an hour app. went to spar. The attitude of the workers so terrible. How can they advertise if they cannot handle the crowd. No one in the store even knew the owners details or they refused to give it. This store is really going to give BARCELOS a bad name every1 in this store needs training. The owners also needs to be more hands on. TOTALLY unhappy with the food received and the service.
