Salty Cold Food

Been to the Gateway Branch, which i normally buy from and ordered a kids meal for my son. Waited about 35 minutes only to realise that my food was actually ready just after 10 minutes and left standing in the window so that the staff could have a conversation. once i finally the kids meal, which was in an ordinary polystering container, i asked why i did not receive a juice the staff just looked at each other, i further stated that the meal was supposed to come with a toy after searching high and low and laughingly telling me "we are out of stock " (which the cashier already knew about) she said there isnt juice either and she would give me 440ml cooldrink instead! i specifically order the kids meal for the toy and juice as i dont like my little one to consume cooldrink.

Eventually annoyed i got to the car and gave my son the burger which he stated was salty, i tasted it and he was spot on, absolutely salty kids burger and cold chips were given to me. AT this stage i was already furious and was not going to go back to return it, ended up ordering KFC, which took under 10minutes.

Very sad that the change of management means change of quality!!!
