Sadness, dont go Barcelos Benoni!

the Barcelos employee at the counter promised me nothing more that 15 -20 minutes MAX as she did look back and said lots of chickens on the grill, i paid and when i still sitting in the front asking 35 minutes later where is my food, wow the face that the employee, she said she dont know what went wrong and i had to wait another 5 minutes - DONT PROMISE YOUR CUSTOMERS SOMETHING and then your attitude change when we get upset double the time is not cool - i saw the whole 40 minutes how people came in took and and left why must I wait double the time promised??? this will be the last time i will support Barcelos!
