Rude Manager

I went to Barcelos in Jean Avenue today for lunch.The store manager by the name of Masego she is very rude ho do you reprimand your staff next to customers like what is she trying to prove we dont need to see such behaviour we need proper service thats all.By the way i obserseved the situation it looks like the lady who assisted me she is still new and obviosly it is expected of her to do mistakes what irritates me is that she is calling her and rudely showing her how to wrap cutlery like the lady she is still batlling with ringing sales on the system but she is interrupting her and that made the new lady to be nervous like honestly she is very very rude if it was her store i was going to demand refund and go buy at Nandos. As long as she continue with that attitude she will never get that store right trust me and food was also not fresh the chicken wow it tasted like they dont clean the griller but i wont blame her staff i blame her because they are being spiteful because of her behaviour.For the record let her know that when we are at the store we are there to buy food we dont want to know or see who is the manager its not necessary,at the end of the day whats important to us customers is proper service and fresh food thats it!
