Rotten and meat with blood

Yesterday I bought a full chicken meat which was cut into half and inside it still had blood n the rice had a smell like its rotten, I usually buy food there but yesterday it was so bad I couldn't finished it insted I get rid of it and I wanted to drive back to sunnyside but I'm going to be waisting my petrol to ague for food but I just need to make it a point that I bought ******* food I'll only buy in hartfield nice meat not dry.
