Restaurant

Yesterday I went to Barcelos Sunnyside on Pretoria with a group of friends, we bought chicken and waited patiently for our order. When they brought the food the chicken looked like it was swimming in the suaces and it was raw inside we could even see blood. We returned it and asked them to make us another chicken only to find that they took the same chicken and put it back onto the griller with all the sauces. We asked to speak with the manager who was not even interested to speak with us because they called him several times and there was no response from him. When he decided to come to the front we had decided to ask for a refund and go somewhere else. When the cashier told the manager we want out money back the guy that made the chicken was so rude, he came to the front and told us we are full of ourselves and the manager just stood there didn't even say a word. I must indicate that it's not the first time I had to return food simply because the chicken was raw.
