raw and cold food

I ordered number D7 when I first got my order the chicken was completely raw, when I got the second piece to replace it, it was completely cold! Ice ice cold! There was no apology or anything even for the raw chicken! I'm completely appalled by the service and food I received and will definitely not return in a hurry!!!
