Poor service to the fullest level

Poor service of the year with arrogant staff- we ordered Thumb-ups meal which includes full chicken, cabbage salad, chips, garlic roll and pap/rice. We waited for extra 25 minutes for our order to come out without chips- how annoying are you guys with your poor service.
