Poor Service/Poor Food Quality

I would like to lay a complaint the branch/franchise in Montecasino. I am not one to complain in fact this is the first letter I have ever written with regard to a restaurant I have eaten at. I am a single mum and as I treat decided to take my four kids to Barcelos Montecasino. Firstly the service was shocking - they took over 30 min just to get our order in than another 30 min to deliver our food to our table, and only because I went to go look for them in the kitchen. My 10 year old son was so hungry after waiting a hour for food he was crying. When the food did arrive the chicken was burnt. I ordered a chicken burger for my son (10yrs) which seems to have been off as since eating it he has food poisoning I am now in position that I have to take him to a doctor. I am truly shocked by the level of service (and there seemed to be plenty hands on deck) not a friendly smile, no reason given as to why the services were so delayed, as well as the quality of the food - burnt, dry and very unappetising. Very disappointing - R177 not well spent.
