Poor service delivery

Disappointed with the family meal I bought on Wednesday, 11 Feb 2015, at Barcelos Monte Casino. I had guests over and amongst other food items, i purchased the full chicken, and four rolls. Was disgusted and embarrassed as the chicken had a terrible black appearance. Of course i could'nt serve this. Will never want to buy at this outlet again!!!!!
