Poor service

I’ve been trying to call the store an hour before I came to the store but they never answer. I drove to to the store assisted by MZOLISI NXUMALO , I asked him why they ain’t answering the store phone he rep**** that the store is busy so they never bother to answer the phone . Wow!!! Question is why does a store have that facility if it can not be taken off ??? Absolutely poor service also waited 30 mins for my order to the given to me . Ladysmith Barcelos Pathetic service!!!!
