Poor Service

<p>It is with a heavy heart that I have to write this review on the bad service which we received from Barcelos In Lake Side Mall,</p> <p>It was this pass Saturday - 03/06/2017 We placed ur order at 16:25</p> <p>we sat there waiting for our order till 17:15 , we then got up and complained , and nothing was done,</p> <p>we then sat down again and gave it another few minutes , it was at17:30 that we had enough , we got up and went back to the counter complained that we have been waiting for more than an hour and all they could do was stare at us including the manager,</p> <p>we then walked out , without even an apology for the bad service,</p> <p>this is pathetic !!! </p>
