POOR SERVICE

<p>On Friday (26/05/17)i was at Barcelos Ermelo at 20:10 waited there till 20:47 before ordering , i asked the cashier why she wasnt taking the orders and she said they cant take the orders because they dont have enough chicken , the cashiers went to the back to help , i then called the cashier and ask if she could place my order which she did but told me that the chicken would be ready at 21:40 i told her its fine ill come back at 22:00 to my surprise when i got the the chicken was not ready yet i waited till 22:25 . The manager knew that they were having a one day promo they should have had enough stuff for that day as it was a busy friday & they had a promotion , they had only 4 stuff one was busy cleaning the air vent while customers were waiting, how can you run a busy/promo day with only 4 stuff????? i always buy food there and wait for 15-30 minutes and i dont mind., but last friday(26/05/17) your service was a terrible.Im so disappointed and wish not to go there again.</p>
