POOR SERVICE

I've had a bad experience on a number of occasions of poor service delivery from BARCELO'S GATEWAY, every time i phone to order a thumbs up meal on a Friday morning they have always been giving me different stories, like today it was that they wont be able to give me the order because the chickens are frozen and they not sure what time it will be de-frosted, on another occasion it was that there is no delivery of chickens and they could not confirm the time it will arrive, i also asked to speak to a manager but for some reason there was no manager present on both occasions, so it makes wonder if they try to avoid selling people the special and get them to buy other meals, really really disappointed in the way they come up with excuses. Will never order any meal from BARCELO'S GATEWAY.
