Poor food quality Barcelos Phoenix plaza

Absoluty upset with Barcelos flame grilled chicken, my wife placed an order for Full chicken special deal today she ordered the following 1 x full chicken Veri peri 1 piece mild 3x hot 1x garlic roll 1x large chips, 1x Coleslaw and a bottle mild sauce

Total cost R203.70

However upon delivery the order was wrong we had 2 pieces hot 2 pieces mild 1x smashed garlic bread 1x Veri peri sauce 1x spicey rice made with mix veg only 1x large chips the size that would feed one adult and 1kid

Upon calling them back the cashier Nokwanda gave the phone to the manager and all she said was she will send the driver back with a bottle of mild sauce nothing about the food, which I'm guessing would take another half an hour

The incompetence level is absolutely appalling in that the food was not appetizing the staff does not check their orders against the receipt, and we had to revert to cooking something else for the one more person whom cannot eat hot food

I am definetly not buying there again and I will definetly tell others about the poor quality and food there.
