Poor Customer Services

I bought a thumbs up meal from barcello's at engen garage Ballito and it was disgusting its like they do not add any basting sauce it was bland as i ordered super peri and the chicken uncooked that was the first incident I called again ad asked for extra basting sauce theladie Kavitha who claims to be the manager on duty says that I must pay for basting sauce this the first ever and she was rude with no customer service and she did say I can complain. She is not fit to be a manager as she does not know how to treat a customer. Barcello's need to pick their game or they will loose valued customers. Barcello's to be one of my favorite and she is aware how much the call center which I run has ordered from Barcello's.
