Poor customer service

I have a very bad experience with Barcelos @ Sasol garage, Potgieter street in Pretoria. I went there one time to buy their full chicken special meal (R139.99 if I'm not mistaken) and the FREE rice that I got was spoilt. I went there again on Tuesday (25/08/2020) around 5pm, bought the same meal n explained to the teller that I got spoilt rice the last time I bought the same meal; she told me that she doesn't know me it's the first time she's seeing me so she can't explain to me what's the problem with the food. like.. I was shocked by her response. I took my order and left. This time I found the rice AND the chicken spoilt n the garlic roll without garlic. I am Soooo disappointed! I regret not asking for the manager but I will go there specially for that. Bad food n bad attitude from staff. Yah ne..
