Poor customer service

Barcelos wonderpark and their manager Kyle their service is pathetic, yesterday I ordered food and I was served with uncooked chicken , today their manager Kyle called promised that he will prepare my food himself even deliver them after 4 , I called around 6 asking if he is still delivering the food he then said it is being prepared at the store they will deliver within 30 mins it is now 8:08 I have not received my food , it is now the second day sleeping with an empty stomach all because of Barcelos
