Poor customer service

I went to Barcelos the one in mokopane,limpopo thats probably the worst customer service I received in my entire history of buying at barcelos..waited on the queue to order for more than 40min and only when I got to the counter we got told that they won't be taking anymore orders as they are now closed. 1 they failed to communicate to the customer on the queue that they will be cutting the queue due to 122. 2 failed to let the customers on the queue that they were closed, customer had to ask them if they will be assisted as the staff was preparing to leave without any sort of communication to the customer..I won't be recommending the store to anyone
