Poor customer experience

I bought full chicken at Barcelos stormvoel but it had too much salt. I did send them watsapp since they said the owner will call me I don't know for what but even now I am still waiting. Poor customer service I received and they don't take customer service as a priority. I felt that they don't value me and at the same time don't take me serious. I wasted my money and I was not treated fairly at the same time
