Pathetic service

The westville engen garage does not have a landline where you can place orders. They have a watsapp line. I place a order yesterday at 13:06 for a few items. At 13:46 I have recieved a response to ask if I want rice or pap. Immediately I responded to them. I also told them I will fetch at 3:30. They didn't confirm the order to acknowledge my message. I called them via wataspp at 15:30 , there was no answer. At 15:34 when im already on the freeway home, they respond to say the order is ready. What kind of service is this. The correct thing to do is acknowledge a order and confirm. How was I to dream and know it was done. Now they messaging to say it went to waste. That is not my problem, they should have provided confirmation that the order was received.
