Pathetic Service Barcelos Mall@Reds

So yesterday I ordered a ayoba meal with RICE at Barcelos next to mall at reds, at 3:30, i had an appointment at 16h00, when i got home the order was with pap. When i phoned them, the so called manager Vivian said they cannot do anything l. So i said to them there is 7 bikes standing outside she said she cannpt deliver a new order. So she put the phibe down, i phoned again telling them my complaint again, so the bew so calledanager, a different lady said they cannot do anything, so ahe put the phone down, i phoned for the THIRD time for the same complaint, the bow so calledanager is now all of a sudden a guy, that guy was so rude he put the phone down in my ear. So i phone for the 4th time asking for the owner number, so she gave a number to me, when i phoned, the number does not work, so again i phone th, now the 5th call, telling them the number doesnt work, so they told me the owner is out of sputh africa. So i wasted all the money for just getting NOTHING and they just dont care!!!!! When i phoned the 22nd of Feb at 11h00 in the morning they told the story that they dont know when they will open to place an order. This is my 3rd time with complete useless service at the same Barcelos!!!!!!!!!! Pathetic service!!!!!!!!
