barcelos chatsworth centre dbn - ordered food on sunday at 5:30... the lady who took the order took the wrong contact number and wrong address and we waited almost 3 hours for the food. sorry to say but the people that have to take these orders are illiterate, or is it that they are not trained properly... when asked to speak to the manager she says she is alone in the shop.... no way is there no manager at food stores...
