Pathetic Service

I recently visited the store after having a bad food experience a week before. I gave them the benefit of the doubt to go back and eat the food again. To my surprise two of the 3 meals we had ordered with rice had rotten rice. Unfortunately we had not checked the food when we left the franchise. We then called the franchise of which is based in Kyalami and spoke to the manager. She apologized to me and told me how she was going to replace the meals and instead or rice replace all 3 with chicken. 55 minutes later, to my surprise that I live 5 mins away, they delivered 3 packets of chips. Cold chips, delayed delivery time, false information given by the manager. In all honesty this has got to be the worst service I have ever seen coming from a franchise in such a prominent suburb. If I could rate it with no stars I would.
