Pathetic Service

<p>Visited the Pavilion Convienience centre Barcelos for the first time for lunch. Purchased the thumbs up feast. The cashier was not friendly and seemed more interested in moving to the next customer rather than listen to my instructions. Told him I didnt want my chicken well done and with basting sauce on it. For the first time ever I was told u have to pay for basting sauce. Took a while for my chicken which I collected and then left. Opened the box to eat and the chicken was dry. There was no sauce on it,the chicken was hard and the chips tasted like it was nit fresh. I buy so often from the Barcelos in Durban North and I have never experienced bad service and pathetic food like this before. I am so disapointed and utterly disgusted. I will never eat there again</p>
