Pathetic customer service
Barcelos verulam once again pathetic customer service! Firstly we asked that the chicken be cut into 8 pieces to which we were told by Rahul that he is too busy to cut the chicken in 8, and this was not the first time we were told this by Rahul. The food came an hour late,furthermore they forgot to send the complete order. We do enjoy the food and style of barcelos but this verulam franchisee needs to train staff not to be rude and to show some interest in their jobs
