Pathetic Customer Service

As I send this complaint I am still waiting to be served my meal despite being seated at 18h00. It is now 18h45. The restaurant had no more than 3 other tables to service so it makes you wonder what could be taking so long. This is not the 1st time I've experienced terrible service from this specific restaurant but we keep coming back in the hope that maybe things would have gotten better. The manager, who's name escapes me right now, had no customer service etiquette what do ever! He comes to your table and instead of asking is everything alright he asks \ How's your food? "which is downright rude! I suggest something be done about the manner in which clients are serviced as their location is prime here at Monte Casino and you wouldn't expect such service from restaurants in this casino.
