Pathetic and arrogant service

I ordered a full chicken meal on the 31/05/2024 at 5.45pm and the order only arrived at 8.12pm. I called them 3 times they kept saying the order had left eventually when I requested to speak to the manager the lady dropped the call. By the time the order arrived I had already made something to eat I returned the order. The service is pathetic I don't recommend people placing orders with them because they just ignore the customers I will never order from them again.
