No Customer service

The Barchelos in Secunda gives very very bad services. When i phoned them the first time they didnt even great they just said phone back in 20minutes after phoning them again i placed my order after an hour they phoned me back saying the card machine doesnt work i asked if they have any other method of me paying them the lady said she will phone me back still havent received any feedback.
