Never been so disappointed, belittled

On 28/03/2016 at 14:25 -14:45. I spent time to at your store only to find 2 staff with who was arrogant and ***********. Waited to be assist as the was a customer who wanted to buy and he was busy chatting so he was moving around while the 1 staff by the name of Melida chatting to him. So I moved forward as he was leaving the counter only to find out he was not done. Melida asked me what's wrong and I responded that I was in a hurry going back to JHB and I cant wait for what is happening. She responded with \if you come into this store you must have time or not come at all\". I asked why and how can she say that? She responded that if you want to complain I can complain pointing to her colleague Julia. Julia did not know what happened as when I came in she was the cashier she had to go out as she wanted to speak to someone outside. Julia responded harshly by saying what is wrong sisters? How can we help you? Do you need a serviette to wipe our your tears. Then they started to laugh. I am still shocked, I even took a picture of her, which I wish I could have recorded them. I will take that pic to the social media and tag the brand as it has hired staff with no customer service."
