Just Terrible Standards

Hi Barcelos South Africa ,The food received from your Margate branch was absolutely terrible,I cant complain about the service because the staff were friendly but what i ordered versus what i received is really disappointing,i purchased on the 10th April ,The cashier explained that the branch does not have electricity but he could still assist by taking our order …my meal was a takeaway and when handed over he explained that unfortunately he couldn’t do our chicken in half prego and half very peri ,i said to him that was fine ,Then when i get home the Churros were completely raw ,something my kids were looking forward to ,The garlic bread was also not done as the butter was thick and the roll didn’t have the slightest char on it ,the chips were extremely salty ,so i had to then still place the garlic roll in the oven and wait to eat ,not the convenience i expected by buying takeaways ,if the store couldn’t cook properly due to no electricity then they should rather close their doors till power is restored ,i wont be visiting the branch again
