HORRIBLE STALE OLD FOOD ....

Visited Barcelos in Pretoria west (R104) the whole experience just terrible.The chichen was dry tough like it was standing for hours the garlic roll was brick hard and inside the butter seemed like it was just dumped in there not even melted then to top it all off when i got the feel i asked to add extra sauce and the lady said i needed to pay for it there was no sauce available to sit down and eat and the lady said there no bottle sauce for the tables like if business is doing so bad then close down as this is not how you get and keep clients.YOU must learn about fresh food and customer service from BARCELOS Elgin mall.I DEFINETLEY WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO BARCELOS PRETORIA WEST.Stale old food.!!!!!
