Horrible quality of food

We bought a meal last week from Barcelos at the Montecasino branch.<br> <br> My sister felt like having potato wedges as opposed to just chips, so we asked them for wedges.<br> The wedges which we were given (and only discovered this once we got home) were disgusting.<br> <br> They were old, burnt and possibly refried. They tasted stale even though we bought the meal 30 minutes earlier.<br> <br> I prefer Barcelos to Nandos, but I'll never go back to this branch.<br> This is Montecasino!! How can you sell food of this quality to people in an upmarket venue such as this?
