Horrible food from Barcelos Jean Avenue

Ive gone to Barcelos Jean Avenue in Centurion over and over again but i keep getting disappointed. I will never ever buy food there. Thier pap is always raw, rice is half cooked, garlic roll is always burned, today was the deal breaker i bought relish (gravy?) and it was soo salty it was as if they poured the whole bag of salt in it.
