Horrible Barcelos Chicken

Hi everyone i had 3 bad experiences at Barcelos Chicken in Westville Engen Garage. 1st time I bought the complaint was the chicken was raw inside spoke to the female staff they said nxt time it will be better/2nd time I bought same issue called the store no answer at all over 10 times I've tried no joy. Today i called to order a meal on the 4th attempt of calling a guy answers I told him what I needed and abt the past 2 times my experiences. He says he will sort it out n make it right and well done promises me if it isn't right I must call n tell him. Got home open the chicken it was burnt dry no sauce it tasted bitter and dry the garlic roll didn't have enf garlic butter or anything absolutely bad the coldsole had no salt or taste the rice was half yellow and cold inside like it was from a fridge n my microwaved enf. I call the shop back a female answered n I asked for the guy she says his gone home and there's no other manager there and just a sorry...disgusted with the service and the food is horribly bad so put off it. People shouldn't waste there time going there regardless of weather they busy or quite food sucks. Wasted my money ....
