Horrible and rude

I went to Barcelos flame grilled chicken restaurant fourways mall on the 18th Jan evening , the service I received from Thando was horrible, She didn't want to serve us quarter leg because "they don't want to cut the full chicken" as they already have breast that are already cut and the was this guy who was preparing meals who was also rude saying he won't cut the chicken as he doesn't want to upset his manager. I was undermined and disrespected.. They had this we don't need your business attitude, if this is how Barcelos treats their customers, then I don't want to be your customer, I'll never set my foot at any Barcelos outlets again
