Health hazard- potential food poisoning

I would like to report Barcelos flame grilled chicken in Roodepoort in Caltex Floracliffe. I bought chicken wings today and found the most unimaginable experience. The chicken is rotten and raw in the inside (foul smell and red blood coming out) This is a health hazard that could result in food poisoning that could potentially lead to fatality. I am bringing his forward as this needs to be taken seriously by having inspectors in reviewing this branch, They do not seem to know the basic principles of food ( cooking and checking if meat is still in good condition. You cannot want to save money by offering rootten food! They need to hire qualified individuals to understand the importance of delivering quality food to the people, I trust this will be loomed at on careful consideration!

I have just returned the chicken at Barcelos, I explained to them that the chicken is not cooked fully and is also rotten, the cashier informed me that they will do a new batch for me however I declined as I have lost all trust in the restaurant, I further requested a refund which they said the manager will have to do, The Manager came (Her name is Hope she said) she came in and starting speaking in another language to the other ladies (saying is Sesotho/Tswana) that I have already eaten the meat thou but I'm saying is rotten. I asked her to repeat what she had said but she said she wasn't saying anything, I informed her that I heard what she said but she denied, I am in the service delivery myself and also a manager and understand the basic principles of customer service, she didn't even bother to introduce herself or apologize for my experience before doing the refund, I had to ask myself for her name , If this is how Barcelos treats its client and hire such people, I am really appalled by this experience, not only am I concerned about the health hazard from the restaurant but I now have to worry about the unqualified individuals you hire. Management needs to look into this with serious consideration.
